Thanks for understanding importance of feedback. No fault of you as your service is straight forward. 3 things to improve upon. 1) Set expectations before hand on seating. I was to sit in the front but others contested also and I ended up sat with the driver. It is not a problem to sit with the driver but he was constantly on the phone and at times came across unfriendly and grumpy. 2) The guide rushed us through as fast as he could. Meeting Point guides are better. When I come to Egypt again I will choose Meeting Point for that reason. I have learnt Egyptian History as part of my research. Some things mentioned by the guide were not accurate and other important bits were missed altogether. For eg unification of South and North, the queen king etc. The guid was a good person, helpful but he should have done a better job 3) Most people who visit the Valley of Kings go for King Tuts tomb to see The Mummy. You as an agent should be upfront about an extra charge for that. Why did you not make me aware about it before hand? I did not go and refused to pay extra money. Good I have seen King Tut’s mummy before several times in and around Egypt and elsewhere too. If I had not seen this before it would have been a real let down 4) Water ran out and the driver didn’t think it was necessary for him to provide extra one. Overall from your end the service is fine. Only thing I’d do differently, for the better is be clear with setting expectations and choose better people for conducting trips. Your people let you down somewhat. I’d taken £10 each extra for the driver and for the guide as a tip. But they didn’t earn it and hence missed out.

Hi thankyou for arranging our trip to Cairo. I was very nervous as it was a fraction of the price of what other tour companies were offering and I was afraid the quality of the trip might be compromised. But the whole trip was amazing. The coach trip, driver, professor Mohammed had so much knowledge and guidness for us, over all from start to end ,the timing was perfect and quality and service was amazing, and to top it all, our safety was their no1 priority. Thankyou so much.

Hello, everything was very good yesterday on our tour to Cairo. The guide was very nice, our driver also and all the sites we visited were more than we imagined. Absolutely amazing safari. The guy who booked us online was super helpful. He sorted everything out quickly and efficiently, although we booked the same day. Our pick up didn’t leave us waiting, and we were with just one other couple so no long waiting around for others. There was a bit of a delay to get into the dessert due to some paperwork but for the price we had an absolutely fantastic safari experience. Highly recommend!!!!! Would definitely use sunrise travel again and I wish we had time for the full safari. Five stars from me, can’t wait to see the photos and video which we will be receiving very soon

It was good, thank you. The boat was a little more tired than it looked in the pictures. But the food and staff were great. We had a great time!
